Bellus, a Roma community in Perpignan. The residents have gathered to mourn the death of the father of Michel, a young drug dealer in the neighborhood. For him, it's time to settle down for good, putting his old life behind him. But he hasn't reckoned with Santos, his partner, who has no intention of letting him go.

Alexis Pazoumian (1988) is a French filmmaker and photographer of Armenian descent based in Paris. His work focuses on social documentary, centering on communities living on the margins of society. From the favelas of Rio to Armenia, the United States, and more recently Siberia, the notions of humanity, identity, and society lie at the heart of his practice.
